世界が前例のない課題に直面し、世界規模の紛争の背景にある利益追求の動機に対して、疑問の目を向ける状況がますます高まる中、システム変革の必要性はかつてないほど明確になっています。またその一方で、複数の政府と進められている継続的な議論は、さらなる未来への展望を形作っており、私たちのＥＴ大使館プロジェクトは現在、重要フェーズである外交段階にあります。
大使館プロジェクトのディレクターであるダニエル・トゥルコットは、最近の政府間対話から浮き彫りになっている前向きな進展を強調した上で、次のように述べています。「1961年に採択された『外交関係に関するウィーン条約』において、地球外文明もその対象に包含する『選択議定書』を推進するホスト国探しの取り組みは、依然として進行中です。この画期的なイニシアチブに対して、できるだけ多くの国の支持を得るため、次のステップとして、提案された議定書を検討・議論する国際サミットを開催することが挙げられます。」

11th Annual ET Embassy Day Marks a Milestone in Preparing for
Extraterrestrials’ Official Return
New York, July 8, 2025 - The International Raelian Movement, under the
guidance of spiritual leader and founder, Maitreya Rael, proudly announces
the 11th Annual ET Embassy Day, to be held on July 12, 2025. Celebrated
worldwide, this event aims to raise public awareness and support for the
visionary project of building an Embassy to officially welcome humanity’s
extraterrestrial creators back to Earth.
As the world grapples with unprecedented challenges and increasingly
questions the profit-driven motives behind global conflicts, the call for
systemic transformation has never been clearer. At the same time, ongoing
discussions with several governments continue to shape the path forward. Our
ET Embassy Project remains at a pivotal stage-the diplomatic phase.
“The search for a host country willing to champion an Alternative Protocol
to the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations-one that includes
extraterrestrial civilizations, is still ongoing,” Daniel Turcotte,
explained. “To gain the support of as many nations as possible for this
groundbreaking initiative, the next step is to organize an international
summit to review and discuss the proposed protocol,” he added, highlighting
the encouraging progress emerging from recent governmental dialogues.
This year, in an effort to heighten governmental awareness of the need to
host an Extraterrestrial Diplomacy Summit to discuss the proposed optional
protocol, Raelians and members of the public around the world will be
encouraged to send letters of request directly to their national leaders.
Daniel Turcotte, Director of the Embassy Project, emphasized the growing
momentum and international interest surrounding the initiative. “Our
outreach now includes active discussions with ministers of foreign affairs,
tourism officials, political leaders, and other key influencers in multiple
countries,” he stated. “We are progressing steadily toward our goal. The
potential economic and societal benefits of hosting the Extraterrestrial
Embassy are significant, and we’re seeing a remarkable surge of enthusiasm
from nations eager to play a role in this historic undertaking.”
The growing political, public, and scientific recognition of UFOs and
