ラエルは、以前に発表した声明において、この原爆投下を人類に対する史上最大の犯罪のひとつと強く非難し、次のように述べています。「ハリー・トルーマンは、明らかに民間人が住んでいた日本の2つの都市に原爆を投下するよう命じた、人類史上最悪の犯罪者です。彼は、戦争法規に違反してこの命令を下し、それによって高齢者や子供たちを含む30万人の罪のない民間人が瞬時に殺害されました。アドルフ・ヒトラーでさえ、2つの爆弾でこれほど多くの民間人を殺害することはなかったのです！」

Spiritual Leader Rael to Join Global Commemoration on Anniversary of Hiroshima Bombing: August 6 Marks the Raelian New Year and 80 Years Since the Atomic Tragedy
TOKYO, August 5, 2025 — Rael, founder and spiritual leader of the International Raelian Movement, will once again take part in the annual Raelian New Year celebration on August 6—this year marking the 80th anniversary of the Hiroshima genocide.
In a previous statement, Rael strongly condemned the bombing, calling it one of the greatest crimes ever committed against humanity: “Harry Truman is the worst criminal of all time against humanity because he gave the order to bomb two Japanese cities that were clearly civilian objectives. He did so in violation of the rules of war, and his orders caused the instant killing of 300,000 innocent civilians, including elderly people and children. Even Adolf Hitler didn’t kill that many civilians with two bombs!”
He further added: “Pretending that he saved lives by shortening the war when he ordered the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki makes the crime even more horrific. It’s like saying that it’s okay to sacrifice the lives of innocent civilians to save the lives of military personnel.”
Dr. Brigitte Boisselier, spokesperson for the Raelian Movement, drew a stark parallel with modern-day atrocities: “Unfortunately, the same logic is still at play in the Middle East, where thousands of civilians—including children—have been killed in Gaza. If President Truman or any of the subsequent U.S. Presidents had apologized for those monstrous acts, it is unlikely the current genocide in Palestine would be accepted or ignored by the public in Western countries as it is today.”
Rael has long advocated for global peace and disarmament through non-violent means, including international meditations and activism, and by encouraging peace activists to influence their governments. “Raelian gatherings are planned for August 6 in most major cities around the world,” added Boisselier. “On this day, we also welcome new members into the Raelian Movement and promote the ‘One Minute for Peace’ campaign launched by Rael—to help humanity reach global peace, one peaceful minute at a time.”

『ラエリアン・ムーブメントは良心への呼びかけとして、イスラエル支部を解散し、パレスチナ・ラエリアン・ムーブメントを設立するという、重要な精神的再編を発表します』

国際ラエリアン・ムーブメント（IRM）は、前例のない声明の中で、イスラエル支部の解散と、新たにパレスチナ・ラエリアン・ムーブメントを設立することを発表しました。この変更は、ムーブメントの精神的指導者であるメシア・ラエルの導きによるもので、中東における不正や人々の苦しみが深刻化する状況において、倫理的責任について深く見直しを行った結果となります。
新たに創設されたパレスチナ・ラエリアン・ムーブメントの代表は、長年にわたりラエリアンのガイドと首席ラビを務め、メシア・ラエルのスポークスマンでもあるレオン・メルルです。ユダヤ系出身のメルルは、イスラエルが直面している倫理的危機について頻繁に発言を行い、真のメシア的使命を認めようとしないことがもたらす精神的帰結について警告を発してきました。彼は2008年の公式声明において、次のように述べています。「イスラエル国家の崩壊は、戦争や大災害によってではなく、その運命を受け入れることの拒否、すなわち、エロヒムを歓迎し、ラエルをメシアとして認めることを拒否することによってもたらされるでしょう。」

The Raelian Movement Announces Major Spiritual Realignment: Dissolution of
Israeli Branch and Creation of Palestinian Raelian Movement in a Call to
Conscience
Las Vegas - August 4, 2025 - In an unprecedented statement, the
International Raelian Movement (IRM) has announced the dissolution of its
Israeli branch and the creation of a new Palestinian Raelian Movement. This
shift, guided by the Movement’s spiritual leader, Mashiah Rael, reflects a
profound reassessment of ethical responsibility in the face of escalating
injustice and human suffering in the Middle East.
At the head of the newly formed Palestinian Raelian Movement is Leon Mellul,
a longtime Raelian Guide, and the Chief Rabbi and spokesperson for Mashiah
Rael. Of Jewish heritage, Mellul has frequently spoken out against the
ethical crisis facing Israel and warned of the spiritual consequences of its
refusal to recognize its true Messianic mission. In a 2008 public statement,
he wrote: “The destruction of the State of Israel will not come through war
or catastrophe, but through its refusal to embrace its destiny - to welcome
the Elohim and to recognize Rael as the Mashiah.”
This announcement follows a prophetic message received in 2015 from YHWH,
the most eminent of the Elohim-a civilization far more advanced than ours
that came to Earth thousands of years ago and created all life on it. In
this message, transmitted by Mashiah Rael, YHWH condemned the Israeli
government for abandoning the ethical foundations of Judaism through acts of
systemic violence, illegal territorial expansion, and militarization. YHWH
also revealed that many Palestinians are, in fact, descendants of ancient
Jews who converted to Islam over generations-making this conflict all the
more tragic, as it pits peoples of the same lineage against one another.
Mellul emphasized that the Movement continues to hold deep respect for the
Jewish spiritual legacy. “This decision is not anti-Jewish - it is, in
fact, a defense of what is most noble in the Jewish tradition,” he said.
“True Judaism must now rise above nationalism and return to its prophetic
mission: to be a light unto the nations.”
He added that this change is not a political gesture, but a moral and
prophetic act rooted in the highest ideals of Judaism. “The true heart of
Judaism lies in its commitment to justice, compassion, and the sanctity of
life,” he stated. “These values have been deeply betrayed by decades of
violence and oppression carried out in the name of a state.”
At the heart of the Raelian mission lies the future construction of the
Embassy of the Elohim, also known as the Third Temple. This temple is not to
be a monument to nationalism or religious supremacy, but a sacred space of
welcome, dialogue, and contact between humanity and its creators. It must be
built on land freely given, with the intention of peace and healing. “The
Embassy must never be built on stolen land,” Mashiah Rael clarified.
The reorganization of the Movement sends a clear message: the time has come
for a spiritual awakening - not only for Israel, but for all of humanity.
“The soul of Judaism does not reside in political power, but in ethical
leadership,” said Mellul. “This realignment is not a retreat, but a
return. A return to truth, to humility, and to the prophetic call that still
echoes through the centuries.”

The Raelian Movement Announces Major Spiritual Realignment: Dissolution of
Israeli Branch and Creation of Palestinian Raelian Movement in a Call to
Conscience
Las Vegas - August 4, 2025 - In an unprecedented statement, the
International Raelian Movement (IRM) has announced the dissolution of its
Israeli branch and the creation of a new Palestinian Raelian Movement. This
shift, guided by the Movement’s spiritual leader, Mashiah Rael, reflects a
profound reassessment of ethical responsibility in the face of escalating
injustice and human suffering in the Middle East.
At the head of the newly formed Palestinian Raelian Movement is Leon Mellul,
a longtime Raelian Guide, and the Chief Rabbi and spokesperson for Mashiah
Rael. Of Jewish heritage, Mellul has frequently spoken out against the
ethical crisis facing Israel and warned of the spiritual consequences of its
refusal to recognize its true Messianic mission. In a 2008 public statement,
he wrote: “The destruction of the State of Israel will not come through war
or catastrophe, but through its refusal to embrace its destiny - to welcome
the Elohim and to recognize Rael as the Mashiah.”
This announcement follows a prophetic message received in 2015 from YHWH,
the most eminent of the Elohim-a civilization far more advanced than ours
that came to Earth thousands of years ago and created all life on it. In
this message, transmitted by Mashiah Rael, YHWH condemned the Israeli
government for abandoning the ethical foundations of Judaism through acts of
systemic violence, illegal territorial expansion, and militarization. YHWH
also revealed that many Palestinians are, in fact, descendants of ancient
Jews who converted to Islam over generations-making this conflict all the
more tragic, as it pits peoples of the same lineage against one another.
Mellul emphasized that the Movement continues to hold deep respect for the
Jewish spiritual legacy. “This decision is not anti-Jewish - it is, in
fact, a defense of what is most noble in the Jewish tradition,” he said.
“True Judaism must now rise above nationalism and return to its prophetic
mission: to be a light unto the nations.”
He added that this change is not a political gesture, but a moral and
prophetic act rooted in the highest ideals of Judaism. “The true heart of
Judaism lies in its commitment to justice, compassion, and the sanctity of
life,” he stated. “These values have been deeply betrayed by decades of
violence and oppression carried out in the name of a state.”
At the heart of the Raelian mission lies the future construction of the
Embassy of the Elohim, also known as the Third Temple. This temple is not to
be a monument to nationalism or religious supremacy, but a sacred space of
welcome, dialogue, and contact between humanity and its creators. It must be
built on land freely given, with the intention of peace and healing. “The
Embassy must never be built on stolen land,” Mashiah Rael clarified.
The reorganization of the Movement sends a clear message: the time has come
for a spiritual awakening - not only for Israel, but for all of humanity.
“The soul of Judaism does not reside in political power, but in ethical
leadership,” said Mellul. “This realignment is not a retreat, but a
return. A return to truth, to humility, and to the prophetic call that still
echoes through the centuries.”

11th Annual ET Embassy Day Marks a Milestone in Preparing for
Extraterrestrials’ Official Return
New York, July 8, 2025 - The International Raelian Movement, under the
guidance of spiritual leader and founder, Maitreya Rael, proudly announces
the 11th Annual ET Embassy Day, to be held on July 12, 2025. Celebrated
worldwide, this event aims to raise public awareness and support for the
visionary project of building an Embassy to officially welcome humanity’s
extraterrestrial creators back to Earth.
As the world grapples with unprecedented challenges and increasingly
questions the profit-driven motives behind global conflicts, the call for

from nations eager to play a role in this historic undertaking.”

11th Annual ET Embassy Day Marks a Milestone in Preparing for
Extraterrestrials’ Official Return
New York, July 8, 2025 - The International Raelian Movement, under the

Humanity’s Golden Age
May 1st, 2025 (International Paradism Day)--This year marks the 50th
anniversary of the Elohim’s visionary recommendations for humanity’s
future-guidance that laid the foundation for Paradism, a revolutionary
economic and social system designed to usher in a new golden age for our
planet.
The Elohim-an advanced extraterrestrial civilization whose name in Hebrew
has been mistranslated as "God"-are the scientific creators of all life on
Earth. Their existence and teachings were revealed through a series of
messages delivered to their final messenger, RAEL, in 1975. These messages,

「幸福省」創設は日本再生の鍵 私たちの未来を変える

私たち日本人は、今、どこに向かっているのでしょうか？ 国連の「世界幸福度報告書（World Happiness Report）」によると、2024年の日本の幸福スコアは143カ国中51位。2023年の47位からさらに後退し、G7諸国の中では最下位です。一人当たりGDPや平均寿命では世界トップクラスにありながら、なぜ私たちの心は満たされないのか。その答えは、数字だけでは見えない「幸福の欠如」にあります。
フランスの世論調査会社イプソスの2024年調査では、「幸せである」と感じる日本人はわずか57％で、調査対象30カ国中28位という結果が報告されました。特に40～50代の働き盛り世代で幸福感が最も低く、私たちの社会がどれだけ「生きづらい」かを物語っています。
このような社会を招いたにも関わらず、財務省は国の予算を握り「財政破綻を防ぐ」と繰り返しています。しかし、その緊縮財政がもたらしたものは、実質賃金の低下、若者の未来への不安、そして地域経済の疲弊です。1995年以降、G7諸国の中で日本だけが実質賃金を下げ続けています。私たちの汗と努力は、どこに消えているのでしょうか？ 「国民の幸福」より「PB（プライマリーバランス）という数字の帳尻合わせ」を優先する行政の姿勢は、もはや看過できるものではありません。
この現実を象徴するように、東京・霞が関の財務省前で始まった「財務省解体デモ」は人々の支持を集め、2025年に入ってからは全国に拡大しています。「増税反対」「財政均衡主義を壊せ」と訴える声は、単なる抗議ではありません。それは、長年、私たちの暮らしや幸福を後回しにしてきた行政と政治への深い不信感と怒りの表れです。
財務省前デモで叫ばれる「日本人の幸福を考えてほしい！」という声は、私たち国民の叫びです。幸福は、誰かに与えられるものではなく、自分たちで掴み取るものです。
ラエリアン・ムーブメントが提唱する「幸福省」の創設は、その第一歩。政治家に任せるだけでなく、私たち一人ひとりが声を上げ、行動する時が来ています。
世界ではすでに、幸福を国家の中心に据える動きが進んでいます。アラブ首長国連邦は2016年に幸福省を創設し、ブータンは国民総幸福量（GNH）を国の指標に採用。スカンジナビア諸国も幸福を政策に取り入れ、世界最高レベルの幸福スコアを誇っています。一方、日本には「幸福」を担う省庁が存在しません。経済産業省は経済を、厚生労働省は健康や労働を管轄しますが、私たちの「心の豊かさ」を守り、育む機関はどこにあるのでしょうか？
幸福省の創設は、日本にとって単なる理想論ではありません。それは、私たちの社会を根本から見直し、国民一人ひとりが「生きがい」を感じられる国を作る具体的な一歩です。
幸福省は、国民の精神的充足と社会の調和を政策の最優先事項とし、経済成長や財政健全化との調和を図ります。また教育支援の一環としてすべての都市に「瞑想センター」を設立し、すべての世代に愛と調和を育む機会を提供します。さらに幸福省創設によって財務省はじめ既存省庁の権限を見直し、国民の声が行政に届く仕組みを作ります。
3月20日の国際幸福デーに、ラエリアン・ムーブメントは世界に呼びかけました。「幸福は人類を救う唯一の解決策だ」と。私たち日本人も、このビジョンに賛同し、動き出す時です。子どもたちが夢を持ち、大人が誇りを感じ、高齢者が安心して暮らせる日本を、私たちの手で取り戻しましょう。

財務省前デモで叫ばれる「日本人の幸福を考えてほしい！」という声は、私たち国民の叫びです。幸福は、誰かに与えられるものではなく、自分たちで掴み取るものです。
ラエリアン・ムーブメントが提唱する「幸福省」の創設は、その第一歩。政治家に任せるだけでなく、私たち一人ひとりが声を上げ、行動する時が来ています。
世界ではすでに、幸福を国家の中心に据える動きが進んでいます。アラブ首長国連邦は2016年に幸福省を創設し、ブータンは国民総幸福量（GNH）を国の指標に採用。スカンジナビア諸国も幸福を政策に取り入れ、世界最高レベルの幸福スコアを誇っています。一方、日本には「幸福」を担う省庁が存在しません。経済産業省は経済を、厚生労働省は健康や労働を管轄しますが、私たちの「心の豊かさ」を守り、育む機関はどこにあるのでしょうか？
幸福省の創設は、日本にとって単なる理想論ではありません。それは、私たちの社会を根本から見直し、国民一人ひとりが「生きがい」を感じられる国を作る具体的な一歩です。
幸福省は、国民の精神的充足と社会の調和を政策の最優先事項とし、経済成長や財政健全化との調和を図ります。また教育支援の一環としてすべての都市に「瞑想センター」を設立し、すべての世代に愛と調和を育む機会を提供します。さらに幸福省創設によって財務省はじめ既存省庁の権限を見直し、国民の声が行政に届く仕組みを作ります。
3月20日の国際幸福デーに、ラエリアン・ムーブメントは世界に呼びかけました。「幸福は人類を救う唯一の解決策だ」と。私たち日本人も、このビジョンに賛同し、動き出す時です。子どもたちが夢を持ち、大人が誇りを感じ、高齢者が安心して暮らせる日本を、私たちの手で取り戻しましょう。

「国際女性デー」女性らしさが人類の救済です

毎年3月8日は「国際女性デー」です。この記念すべき日は1975年、国連によって定められましたが、きっかけは1904年3月8日、ニューヨークで婦人参政権を求めたデモでした。労働条件の改善や婦人参政権を求め、女性が自ら立ち上がり行動を起こしたのです。
現在では当時より、女性の社会進出や社会的地位は向上しているとはいえ、いまだに男女格差は解消されず、2024年の経済・教育・医療・政治の4分野における国際比較のWEFジェンダーギャップ指数では日本は146カ国中118位、先進7カ国（G7）では最下位となっています。これらの影響は女性の社会進出の障壁となっており、職場では管理職への登用や将来を担う若手女性が声を上げにくい状況が続いています。さらに、政治の分野では立候補に必要な高額な供託金は女性立候補者には大きな負担となり、その結果、活躍の機会に不平等が生じています。日本の高額な供託金は、政治分野でのジェンダーギャップを拡大させると国連からも指摘される問題となっています。
また、昨年末から報道されているマスコミにおける女性の性上納問題は、女性の社会的地位に男女格差があることを浮き彫りにしています。社会に影響力のある業界や企業がこうした問題を引き起こすことは構造的に権力の濫用が慣習化し、ジェンダー平等に対する意識が不足している証です。特に性に関する問題は犯罪に発展する恐れもあり、早急に根本的な対策を必要としています。
私たちの社会は競争や争いが絶えない現状です。女性が男性と平等な地位や権利を獲得していれば、もっと洗練された社会を築いていたことでしょう。
私たちが愛と平和に満たされる社会を望むなら、「女性らしさ」は人類にとって必要不可欠なものとなります。

愛、尊重、知性、洗練、優しさや思いやり、それらは暴力に対する解毒剤であり、その資質をより多く備えているのは男性より女性なのです。それ故に、女性の社会的地位が男性と平等になることは社会に愛と平和をもたらすことに大きく貢献するのです。
現代において「国際女性デー」は、女性の地位向上や権利獲得のみならず、性別を問わず「女性らしさ」の重要性を社会が再認識する記念日となるべきです。

ラエリアン・ムーブメントは黒人歴史月間を記念し、『アダムとイブは黒人として創造された』（最初に創造された人類）という画期的なキャンペーンを開始することをここにお知らせ致します。このイニシアチブは、人類発祥の地であるアフリカの極めて重要な役割を強調し、アフリカが誇る遺産の深い豊かさを称えることを目的としています。

The Raelian Movement Launches “Adam & Eve Were Created Black” Campaign in
Honor of Black History Month
Los Angeles, CA - February 1, 2025 - In celebration of Black History Month,
the Raelian Movement proudly announces the launch of its groundbreaking campaign, “Adam & Eve Were Created Black” (as are all First Human
Creations in The Universe.) This initiative aims to highlight Africa’s pivotal role as the cradle of humanity and celebrate the profound richness
of African heritage.
According to Raelian teachings, the first humans-Adam and Eve-were created by the Elohim, an advanced civilization from another planet, in what is now known as Africa, historically called Kama. This campaign seeks to honor the African origin of humanity and promote a message of unity, equality, and
shared heritage.
Celebrating African Heritage
The campaign is dedicated to raising awareness of Africa’s immense contributions to global civilization, spanning science, philosophy, and the arts. It aims to challenge misconceptions and reaffirm humanity’s shared origins.

ラエリアン・ムーブメントの精神的指導者であり創設者であるメシア・ラエルは、地球上の生命を創造した地球外文明を営むエロヒムから与えられた指示に関して、世界のユダヤ人コミュニティに緊急の注意喚起を行いました。タルムードに記されているように、ユダヤ人たちは、メシアが到来する前に国家機構や国を樹立してはならないとエロヒムは明確に述べておられる、とラエルは強調しています。

Rael, founder of the Raelian Movement, calls for all true Jews to leave Israel in accordance with the Elohim’s Commandments
Las Vegas, November 19, 2024 - Mashiach Rael, spiritual leader and founder of the Raelian Movement, has issued an urgent reminder to the global Jewish community regarding the instructions given by the Elohim, the extraterrestrial creators of life on Earth. Rael emphasized that the Elohim,
as recorded in the Talmud, clearly stated that the Jewish people must not establish a nation or a state before the arrival of the Mashiach.
Mashiach Rael stressed that the continued existence of the State of Israel contradicts the Elohim's directive and invites all true Jews to leave Israel
and reflect on their adherence to the teachings of the Elohim. He called upon them to leave Israel as a demonstration of their faith and respect for these sacred instructions.
In his statement, Mashiach Rael also expressed the unwavering support of the Elohim for the Neturei Karta communities who have stood in opposition to Zionism. These groups, many of whom face persecution within Israel, courageously uphold the principles of the Tanakh by rejecting the concept of a Jewish state and advocating for the rights of Palestinians to reclaim
their stolen lands and homes.
Mashiach Rael highlighted the deep moral and spiritual contradictions between Zionist policies and the Commandments of the Elohim. He underscored that the displacement of Palestinians and the ongoing violations of their
rights are in complete defiance of the values outlined in the Tanakh.

Rael, founder of the Raelian Movement, calls for all true Jews to leave Israel in accordance with the Elohim’s Commandments
Las Vegas, November 19, 2024 - Mashiach Rael, spiritual leader and founder of the Raelian Movement, has issued an urgent reminder to the global Jewish community regarding the instructions given by the Elohim, the extraterrestrial creators of life on Earth. Rael emphasized that the Elohim,
as recorded in the Talmud, clearly stated that the Jewish people must not establish a nation or a state before the arrival of the Mashiach.
Mashiach Rael stressed that the continued existence of the State of Israel contradicts the Elohim's directive and invites all true Jews to leave Israel
and reflect on their adherence to the teachings of the Elohim. He called upon them to leave Israel as a demonstration of their faith and respect for these sacred instructions.
In his statement, Mashiach Rael also expressed the unwavering support of the Elohim for the Neturei Karta communities who have stood in opposition to Zionism. These groups, many of whom face persecution within Israel, courageously uphold the principles of the Tanakh by rejecting the concept of a Jewish state and advocating for the rights of Palestinians to reclaim
their stolen lands and homes.
Mashiach Rael highlighted the deep moral and spiritual contradictions between Zionist policies and the Commandments of the Elohim. He underscored that the displacement of Palestinians and the ongoing violations of their
rights are in complete defiance of the values outlined in the Tanakh.
